Come join us in this 3-hour workshop!
We explore practical ways to find our way back to courage, no matter what the life brings us.
Saturday 17th May 2025, from 4pm to 7pm CET. (That’s starting at 3pm UK time or 10 am Eastern.)
If fear plays a big part in your life, you’re not alone. With our world seemingly spinning deeper and deeper into turmoil, many of us feel anxious much of the time. We wake in the night worrying about the state of our planet, we worry about what our oceans, about what our governments will or won’t do, we worry about our neighbourhoods, about our families and so much more. We even worry about what to wear when we get up in the morning and about what to eat for lunch. Fear drives so many of our decisions – and it also hinders us from making decisions so we get caught in dithering and indecision.
It’s pointless trying to get rid of fear. Fear is just a part of life, and our lives become much easier and more enjoyable, when we see fear for what it really is: not a prophecy, but just a feeling that can be released. Would you like support to let those fears go? Would you like tools that you use at any time – even during those 3am awakenings?
If so, join us for this 3-hour workshop.

What people said about our last workshop:
What a fabulous, fruitful workshop! I enjoyed every moment and continue to use the tools I gained in my own life and my own work.
So many huge nuggets of inspiration and information. Wow! So many “aha!” moments.
The small group made it feel intimate. Examples used were clear and beautifully put. I gladly accept Yvonne’s invitation to be more loving towards myself. I am looking forward to learning even more and to release with these ladies.

Releasing The Small Fears
We all have several things we can be afraid of during an average day. And we have got so used to being afraid that we don’t necessarily even notice how much fear is limiting our lives:
Maybe we don’t buy that bright colored dress or shirt we would want to, or join the gym or the choir, because we’re afraid our partners or friends or parents would laugh at us.
Maybe we won’t apply for that job, as we’re afraid we won’t get it.
Or maybe we won’t apply for it, as we’re afraid we might get it, and that would change the dynamics in the family – and we’re afraid of how that would work out.
Maybe we don’t say anything to the bullying boss, or neighbour, or in-laws, as we’re afraid they would just act worse.
When the daily fears run our lives, life starts to feel joyless and dull, filled with endless lists of work and obligations.
And even though these fears might be so familiar we have grown used to them, they still limit our lives.
Luckily it’s possible to notice and let go of those fears and start living your life in full colors.
Come join us and find your way back to the joy and courage – right now, without needing anything external to change first.

Releasing the Big Fears
Some fears niggle away at us during the day, and others wake us up at night. They are the monsters lurking under our beds, the fears that are almost too scary to look at, let alone release. These are the fears we’ve been running from all our lives but still seem to keep bumping into. And we feel panicked every time we do.
So how do we let go of the big fears?
All releasing helps, so after releasing with Katja, we will be feeling calmer and ready to take a peek at some of the monsters under the bed!
In this second section we’ll explore:
Resistance to fear: we resist our fear, don’t want to look at it. But this keeps us focused on the past and instead of shrinking fear seems to grow, even to control us. In this workshop we’ll explore welcoming and releasing resistance.
Beliefs: sometimes holding onto fear seems safer than letting go. We’ll gently explore beliefs about fear and let them go.
Identity or self-image: when we feel the fear is us, or at least part of us, of course we want to hold on! Even if we don’t like feeling fear, it seems as if we might not know who we are without it. With deep compassion for ourselves we’ll learn that it’s safe to let go of fear and to see ourselves with new eyes.
If this sounds good to you, come join us on Saturday 17th May at 10am EDT/3pm UK time/4pm CET
